About the location

The Proxima building is located at the Zernike Campus! The perfect location if you are studying at The University of Groningen or the Hanze University of applied sciences. Proxima has 401 bedrooms, divided into 10 houses. Until November 29th, you may have to share your room with a roommate. If you have a roommate, you will get a discount on your rental price! The building has Wi-Fi for everyone, and each floor has one shared kitchen and bathroom.

Rental price and room size?

The rooms are 18m2 and the rental price is 780,53 euros in total.

Good to know?

The accommodation is temporary, so you have to leave after three months. You can stay till November 29th 2023.

This temporary accommodation is specifically designed to help you in your search for permanent housing. Providing you with a place to sleep is their main priority. Therefore, please be aware that you share your room with another student who also could not find a room yet.
